All shapes and sizes, flexibility, and fitness levels are welcome to this FREE, beginner friendly yoga class with Stoughton Yoga. Learn how yoga and mindfulness can help you tune into your body, reduce stress, and cultivate an inner stillness. Please bring a yoga mat or large towel. Chairs are available for those who have trouble getting up and down off the floor.
