Yoga for Mobility

“Move it or lose it” doesn’t have to mean sweating, huffing and puffing. Yoga can be a very gentle and kind way to juice up your joints as you age.
All levels are welcome to attend this free class led by Stoughton Yoga. Please bring a yoga mat or large towel. Chairs are available for those who have trouble getting up and down off the floor.
