Lea Ann Worachek, a speech therapist through the Rural Wisconsin Health Cooperative, provides speech therapy at Stoughton Hospital. She holds a Master’s of Science in Communication Sciences and Disorders from the University of Wisconsin – Madison, a Certificate of Clinical Competence through the American Speech Language and Hearing Association, and has 20 years of experience treating both children and adults.
At Stoughton Hospital, Lea Ann provides speech therapy services to inpatients and outpatients at Stoughton Hospital Rehabilitation & Sports Medicine Clinic in Stoughton and Oregon. She treats adults with aphasia, voice disorders, swallowing deficits, motor speech disorders, and cognitive deficits. With the pediatric population, she provides speech therapy to patients with speech & language delays, articulation/phonological deficits, and feeding difficulties.
